Your store is delivered in real time to the customer, so that products can be added or deleted as you want them. You determine whether you want to ship the products or require in-store pick-up of the item.

You can set your own prices, by simply following the manufacturers suggested retail price (MSRP) or anywhere within the manufacturer's minimum advertised price (MAP).

Everything can be administered through your web browsers interface. We provide you with support at no charge during set-up and offer up to 2 hours of technical support each month at no charge. If you need additional support it can be purchased at a nominal fee of $35.00 for a single issue support call.

When you administer your site, it is essential that you make sure that you also employ appropriate measures to protect the privacy and security of your customers. We can advise you of the appropriate steps to take to ensure the security of your transactions, but ultimately the responsibility for your client's data is yours if you are careless about the security of your computer.

It is very easy for you to add products and/or services to your webstore with the web based administrative interface. You can add a dive trip as an inventory item to your web store and allow it to handle the payment and reservations. As each 'seat' on the trip is sold, the system reflects the current 'seats' available for purchase.

You can also build a 'package' of scuba gear and 'feature' it on your webstore.

What do we need to supply?

To get started, we'll need your store name, address, and phone number. If you have a store logo, or photos of your store, we can use these to enhance your site. Your graphics should be submitted as JPEG or GIF files.

DiveBiz.net is the creation of Dan Nafe and Steve Barsky of Scuba-Training.net, the first company to offer on-line training for the academics of scuba diving. Through Scuba-Training.net, thousands of students have been trained for NAUI, IANTD, PSAI and SDI instructors and dive facilities. We've also produced training programs for Brownie's Third Lung, HydroOptix dealer training, and the Mini-B shallow water scuba system.

We started DiveBiz.net, as a subsidiary of Scuba-Training.net, to offer ecommerce solutions for diving equipment manufacturers and diving retailers. You may have already used one of the business-to-business systems that we have developed for dealers to order on-line for companies like Deep Outdoors, Sea Pearls, and Zeagle Systems, Inc. The technology we employ here is the same technology we use in settting up your ecommerce site.
